Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, the renowned modern Thai restaurant, has been awarded a prestigious one star rating by Michelin - the global hotel and restaurant reference guide.

The restaurant is well known for its fine dining Thai-inspired dishes created and presented with impressive modern interpretations. Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin was conceptualised by world-famous Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen whose Kiin Kiin restaurant in Copenhagen is one of the world's very few Thai restaurants with a Michelin star rating.

* Summer Journey menu is available until 30 November 2021.

* Winter Journey menu will be commenced from 1 December 2021 onwards.

* Alcohol consumption in the restaurant is prohibit. Takeaway option is available.

* 13 – 17 October 2021 open 5 consecutive days

* 20 – 31 October 2021 open daily due to long holiday

Guests are asked to dress elegant when dining at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers and closed shoes. We do not allow sports or athletic garments, slippers and sleeveless T-shirts. The restaurant is suitable for children aged 6 years and above. We ask parents to ensure that their children are dressed appropriately.

I’m very inspired by the history in Thailand and we do try to go and see
if we can go back in history to find dishes that we can modernise and inspired.
