Fine Dining Thai Cuisine
Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is a distinguished modern Thai restaurant that celebrates Thai cuisine through refined interpretation and local storytelling. Conceptualised by Michelin-starred Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and brought to life daily by Resident Thai Head Chef Berm Chayawee, the restaurant offers a journey rooted in Thai terroir - where bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and contemporary techniques come together with sincerity and elegance.

The name ‘Sra Bua’, meaning ‘lotus pond’, and ‘Kiin Kiin’, meaning ‘come and eat’, capture the essence of the experience: a balance of heritage and evolution, tradition and creativity.

I’m very inspired by the history in Thailand and we do try to go and see
if we can go back in history to find dishes that we can modernise and inspired.
